It's probably a long shot but here goes...
We're looking for the small washer style, not clip on, lamp shade that goes on the wall mounted light between the dining room table and the chairs on the curb side slide out of our 2010 Keystone Alpine 3500RE.
It should be about three inches diameter and five inches tall. Doesn't have to be the original but almost anything is better than nothing.
There are a million clip on type lamp shades out there but we need the washer top that screws in beneath the finial.
Thank you so much,
StephNDex
Beware of ScamsThank you, they have a white one that might work.

Just be prepared, Trekwood shipping EXTREMELY expensive.
If there's a lighting store anywhere near you they may have or can get what you need for much less $$ than Trekwood.
I'd try here... they have a huge inventory of used RV parts....

Bontragers probably has it, but the OP is in Arizona, Bontragers is in Michigan and they don't ship anything... It's "walk in and buy" only....
They do have an "EBay Store" and do sell some items through that internet source: https://www.ebay.com/str/bontragersrvsurplus

Local craft stores or Hobby Lobby usually have different types of lamp parts and shades for building custom lamps. Worth a try or even a phone call. JM2¢, Hank

Thank you.
Lots of stuff on their Ebay page but no lamp shades.

We looked at a few places in Tucson and Phoenix but can only find the clip on style....so far.
Thank you. Lots of stuff on their Ebay page but no lamp shades.
Look carefully at their "terms of service" on EBay: "... We do have NO RETURN items so please read all instructions and item descriptions before purchasing." I'm not "anti-Bontragers", I stop to browse every time we go to Indiana to visit our grandson. My comments are more to advise/warn that if you send them an email asking about an item, they usually won't even answer it and if you do buy something from their EBay site, "it's yours whether you want it or not".... In other words, "full payment before delivery and no refunds/returns" so make sure you really want it before hitting "buy now"....

That is rather strange since they obviously ship for the ebay store... I think I'd call anyway and see if they have one and might ship it.... think they'd be missing out on a lot of business if they don't ship anything.. certainly can understand not shipping large or heavy items but if they can ship the stuff on their ebay site they should be able to ship a lamp shade... jmho...

Good for you !!!! Give them a call tomorrow morning. They open at 9AM and the phone number is (269) 483-7017. I've danced to their tune, if your experience is different, let us know. If you get an answer, how about posting it for all to see just how "customer oriented communications" really work in White Pigeon !!!!!

I just called and spoke to a friendly guy who checked for me while I was on hold.
They didn't have the size we need but it seems they would have shipped it to me or he wouldn't have bothered to check. Perhaps they would put it on EBay for me to buy there but we didn't get that far.
They were friendly enough that I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I needed something in the future.
Never hurts to give it a try.... "nothing ventured, nothing gained"... :D

Sorry didn't mean to ruffle any feathers.... I've never dealt with them on the phone. I was in Coldwater area and stopped by... I did see their ebay site and assumed they'd ship... Again, sorry if it seemed like I was dissing you.. :hide:
Trekwood Shipping Quote or Lack Thereof
It's been five days and I still haven't received a shipping quote from Trekwood. I received an auto reply on December 12th saying they would get back to me but no luck so far. Nothing in my Spam folder either.
FYI, YMMV.
More Shipping Fun From Trekwood

I replied to the email they sent on the 12th asking if I would be receiving a shipping quote and received this mess:

Trekwood uses a "dead drop box" on their "return status emails"... The only way I know to correspond with them is to use the "contact us" link on their webpage https://www.trekwood.com/contact or to call them 866.880.8735
If you do "recontact them using the link" be sure to include their last message to you or it's like "starting over from the beginning every time"....
Frustrating ??? Heck yeah, but that's Trekwood.
Normally if something is wrong that kind of message hits my email and doesn't come from theirs, tells me my email was not delivered... Sounds like they might be having a glitch of sorts on their end...
I'd go back onto their website and try going thru the motions again.. they might have their server fixed... jmho
Shipping Quote
Thank you Sarge2 and JRTJH.
This is the statement at the bottom of the "we got your message and will get back to you with a shipping quote" page:
"This email sent automatically by trekwood.com. If you have any questions or technical difficulties, please respond to this email address."
I would assume that meant I could simply reply to the email they sent but you know what happens when you assume.....

Sounds like the best option. If I don't find a lampshade soon I'll give them a call.

I just replaced those lights and burned the shades last week. I might still have one floating around, but it will be a few weeks until I get back out to the trailer.

That would be great and thank you. We don't need it immediately.
I've used fenchelshades.com recently. If they don't have your size and style in stock, they'll make it custom, to your specs. I just ordered a pair of very tall, very "dropped" shades for a pair of early '70s deco lamps, like nothing anyone has in stock, and they were perfect.

Thank you very much. Their selection is massive!
Might be easier and cheaper in the long run to just try Lowe's/HomeDepot or other lighting store and getting a new lamp with the shade included.

Doubt you'd find ANY 12 volt lamp choices at those home improvement stores, they'll all be 110 volt.
If just replacing the fixture I'm sure you could find several 12 volt lamp choices online somewhere besides Trekwood & cheaper shipping.
If you do a search on the net, all kinds of custom shade vendors comes up. I'm betting you will not find an old shade exactly like you are looking for. Either just buy a couple new fixtures that will come with shades or get hold of one of the custom shade companies. Just a few that I came across:

Don't really care about the fixture, just the shade.
No such luck there anyway, everything is clip-on.

Lots of choices but most are more than we were looking to spend.
Fortunately it's not something we need ASAP. We don't live in the trailer and there is plenty of other lighting.
FYI, still no reply from Trekwood. We found a few lampshades that should fit at second hand stores for .99 each. We'll see how they work
Trekwood might be your best bet to find a replacement. Good luck.
