That trailer has a GVWR of 10,500 lbs... There is NOTHING about that trailer that is 1/2 ton towable.Regardless of how the manufacturer advertised this rv I'd have to agree 100%, NOT 1/2 TON TOWABLE! If I were selling it I'd delete that wording. Will a 1/2 ton tow it? Absolutely! Can a 1/2 safely carry the load of this rv? NOPE! The payload of the majority of 1/2 trucks will be quickly exceeded due to a 1300+ lbs of tongue weight, not to mention 38' long pushing the truck around. Good luck with the sale! Now is definitely the time to be selling.

Thank you for your feedback and I have updated the post. My Father in law is selling this and does tow it with a 2019 Ram 1500 classic; however I have told him several times that he was over what ge should be doing. I personally drive a Titan XD with 2100 pounds of payload and 11k towing and would say it’s more than I would want to safely pull. However I see others with the XD running longer rigs or even 5th wheels that are heavier. I selected my TT to stay well under ratings and at 6300 dry 9k GVWR I was way under.
