Excellent shape, 2nd owner. Absolutely the cleanest trailer you ll find. New tires 6/21, new water heater element and anode rod 11/21, new residential metal not plastic kitchen and bathroom faucets. MaxAir vent covers. Fireplace. Moryde steps. Queen bed with residential mattress. Sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, 2 propane tanks. 3 slides. Great floor plan.

We have the 2018 model. I love the floorplan!!! So much open space in the living room. Plus access to the bathroom with slides in. We drove 600 miles to pick it up. Searched for month to get that particular year and floorplan.
